When you are ready to order,  an email with your requests and questions is sufficient and we will sent you a quotation by return email.

When you agree with the listed items, we require an order confirmation and an advanced payment of 40% of the agreed amount. Manufacturing will start as soon as the advanced payment has been received.

For fast moving items we do have stock. Less regular items or large order quantities will have a lead time of 4 to 12 weeks, depending of the delivery times of our suppliers. Especially curved tracks require longer production time due to the complexity of this product.

As soon as your order is ready for packing you will receive an update with the request to transfer the  remaining 60% of the agreed amount. After receiving full payment the order will be released for shipment.

Most of our customers arrange the shipping themselves but we have a small and reliable company doing most of our rental shipments with full satisfaction.
